State Agency for Development of Handloom Clusters (SADHAC) - Registered under Society Registration Act 1860 on 29.10.2008, presently functioning at Handicraft Complex, Gandamunda, Bhubaneswar - 751030. It is governed under the administrative control of Handlooms, Textiles and Handicrafts Department, Government of Odisha. The Chairperson of the society is the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, H.T&H Dept., and Director of Textiles is the Member Secretary.
